GLEAMMEE LLC PRIVACY POLICY

This statement of the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) of Gleammee LLC, (“Gleammee”) is intended to provide you the user (“You”) of the Gleammee website located at www.gleammee.com (“Website”), applications, content, products, and services (collectively, with the Website the "Services,") the following information:

1. What personally identifiable information of yours or third party personally identification is collected from you through the Services.

2. The organization collecting the information.

3. How the information is used.

4. With whom the information may be shared.

5. What choices are available to You regarding collection, use and distribution of the information.

6. The kind of security procedures that are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under Gleammee’s control.

7. How You can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

A. Information Collection and Use

Gleammee is the sole owner of the information collected on the Services. The Services include the GLEAMMEE™ virtual image consultant for fashion styling and shopping system platform, mobile application, and interactive content sharing and storage service, its user manual and other documentation. The Services are intended solely for access from within and use by residents of the United States of America. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Gleammee collects information from our users at several different points on our Services. Consistent with our Terms of Use, Gleammee does not knowingly solicit individually identifiable personal information from or about children online, and does not knowingly market our products and services to children online. As Gleammee further develops, we may buy other businesses or their assets or sell our business or assets. Customer information is generally one of the business assets involved in such transactions. Thus, in the event that Gleammee sells all or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information, including any visitor information collected through the Services would be one of the transferred assets.

Gleammee reserves the right but not the obligation to disclose personal information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Gleammee’s rights or property, other visitors, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Gleammee also reserves the right to disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

B. Information Collected

In order to communicate with Gleammee through the Services (e.g., through use of the “Contact” or “Send Us a Message” links) concerning Gleammee’s products and services, a user must first provide contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the products and services for which they have expressed interest. In order to use most aspects of the Services, You must register for and maintain an active personal user Services account ("Account"). You must be at least 13 years of age to obtain an Account. The Services, including specifically the applications, require you to submit to Gleammee certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, age, gender, state, zip code,

morphology profile data (height, weight, body morphology), full body and facial photographs, colorimetry profile data (eye, hair, and vein colors), shopping profile data (preferred brands, clothing sizes, shopping preferences) as well as at least one valid payment method supported by Gleammee (“Personal Data”). Geolocation capabilities in the user’s mobile device must also be enabled to access and use some of the features of the Services. To prevent location data from being shared, go to your mobile device settings and turn off location services. We use the information described above to provide our services, and support if needed. If You license Gleammee applications from a mobile device application store (e.g., App Store, Google) your payment information will be managed by that application store. Your payment could be processed in various ways. In order to provide our Services to You, the application store will send Gleammee confirmation of your purchase. For additional information, please refer to your application store’s privacy and payment processing policies and procedures. In addition to using the information You provide to us and the information we collect from your mobile device to deliver our Services, we also use the information collected from your device to perform data analytics. These analytics provide important information which helps to improve the features and usability of our Services. We analyze information such as how often you use the Services on your mobile device, the events that occur within the Services on your mobile device and the location where the Gleammee application was downloaded onto your mobile device. We may use data analytics to analyze the information we collect to send You relevant content, suggest new features, products and/or services that can enhance your experience with our Services. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any Personal Data. Also, information maintained in aggregate is anonymized to ensure an individual cannot be identified.

C. Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hardware devices containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

Some of our affiliated web sites and business partners may use cookies on our site. However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

D. Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

E. Sharing

We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and affiliated web sites. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We may partner with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services.

These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

F. Links

This web site contains links to other sites not affiliated or controlled by us. Please be aware that we at Gleammee are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by the Services.

G. Newsletter

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. You may unsubscribe from receiving further emails from us by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.

H. Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

I. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the industry standard encryption software - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Safari and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. J. Supplementation of Information

In order for the Website to properly function, it may be necessary for us to supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources. We may also group this information into aggregate visitor data in order to describe the use of the Website to our affiliates, existing or potential business partners or other third parties, or in response to a government request. However, please be assured that this aggregate data will in no way personally identify You or any other visitors to the Website.

K. Special Offers

We send all new users a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see our choice and opt-out below.

L. Site and Service Updates

We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Users are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

M. Correction/Updating Personal Information

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our Services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. Choice/Opt-out

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our order form has an ‘opt-out’ mechanism so users who purchase a product or subscribe to a service from us, but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to unsubscribe in the subject line in the email or email us at contact@gleammee.com or by sending a written request to Gleammee LLC, Attention: Privacy Officer, 1688 Meridian Avenue, Suite 700, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Users of our Website are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an update to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time by Gleammee. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted by Gleammee on the Website as it becomes available. Please review the Privacy Policy periodically as it is applicable to all users of the Services. You hereby agree to review at first opportunity any modification or revision to the Privacy Policy and You further agree to be bound by any modification or revision of the Privacy Policy made by Gleammee.
